CM Usman Orders Early Completion Of Development Projects For Public Relief
LAHORE – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Monday visited Khanewal and Vehari and offered condolences over the death of PML-N Nishat Ahmad Daha and demise of the mother of MNA Tahir Iqbal in Vehari.
Afterwards, the CM met parliamentarians, party organisers and office bearers at the Circuit House Khanewal. Issues relating to political situation, matters of mutual interest and development projects came under discussion during the meetings.
Parliamentarians presented their proposals and suggestions regarding development schemes in their constituencies. The chief minister directed for the posting of a consultant surgeon at Khanewal Trauma Centre. He also issued directions for the renovation and improvement of Ladies Club Khanewal and for timely completion of local government development schemes. The chief minister was apprised of the annual development programme of Khanewal.
Senator Aon Abbas, Provincial Minister Hussain Jahanian Gerdezi, MPA Dr. Khawar Ali Shah, Syed Ali Abbas Shah, Shahida Ahmad, MPA PML-N Faisal Akram Niazi and other party-office bearers were also present.
Earlier, the chief minister arrived at Vehari on a short visit and went to the residence of MNA Tahir Iqbal where he offered condolences over the death of MNA Tahir Iqbal’s mother. He offered Fateha for the departed soul. Speaking on the occasion, the chief minister said that death of the mother was a great loss and the mother’s death could never be forgotten. “May Almighty Allah grant you courage and strength to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.”
