ISLAMABAD: Commissioner of internal revenue Abbas Ahmad Mir on Wednesday, that FBR will not extend the deadline of income tax return. The tax should be submitted by 30th of September. Commissioner Ahmad revealed this on his visit to the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)

He said that a help desk will be established in RCCI to encourage and help in filing income tax returns. He stated that taxes benefit the country’s economy and that traders constitute the country’s backbone in this regard.
